Nipawin man accused of threatening Trudeau has case adjourned
The Nipawin man who allegedly uttered threats toward Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Parliament buildings will be back in court in three weeks.
David Petersen, 52, is expected to enter a plea when he returns to court April 24. Petersen was in Nipawin Provincial Court Wednesday, where his case was adjourned.
Petersen opted to defend himself during his first court appearance on March 6.
