La Ronge RCMP ask for public’s help locating missing person

UPDATE: As of 10 a.m., the RCMP have located 31-year-old Tyrell Halkett who was last seen on July 20.

La Ronge RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 31-year-old Tyrell Halkett, who has not been seen for nearly three weeks.

Halkett is described as being approximately 6 foot 1 inches tall and weighing approximately 155 lbs. He has blue eyes and short, dark blonde and brown coloured hair.

Tyrell was last seen on Elders Road, in Bell’s Point on The Lac La Ronge Indian Reserve on July 20, at approximately 7 p.m. RCMP believe Halkett may have travelled to Prince Albert or Saskatoon.
