LLRIB sets requirements for upcoming election to prevent spread of COVID-19
Notice has been served to Lac La Ronge Indian Band voters about where, when and how they can cast a ballot in a variety of communities.
That’s according to a public notice released May 4, which states in-person voting can be done May 25 in Stanley Mission for three councillors at Rhonda Hardlotte Band Hall and La Ronge/Kitsaki for four councillors at Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre.
All other polling stations for in-person voting will be May 26 and include Little Red River for two councillors at White Hall, Grandmother’s Bay for one councillors at the Band Hall, Morin Lake for one councillor at Charlie Halkett Memorial Band Hall, Sucker River for one councillor at the Band Hall.
In-person voting will also occur at Brabant Lake at the Community Hall and Prince Albert at the Senator Allen Bird Memorial Centre. No location has been arranged yet for those living in Saskatoon and in Pinehouse online voting will only be available.
