L3XIX At The Lake opens in Industrial Park

Dec 11, 2020 | 1:51 PM

A new store called L3XIX At The Lake opened Monday in La Ronge’s Industrial Park.

“We always had the Traeger barbecues and Unique OffGrid Appliances, but we started bringing in marine and boating supplies, and cabin stuff,” Owner Joshua Watt said. “We have a bunch of antiques that are on consignment… and more to come here shortly. More decorations for the house, the cabin and lake-style stuff.”

The store also includes sauces and spices, as well as non-prescription Maui Jim sunglasses. Watt expects more product to arrive weekly and he said more brands will be announced in the New Year when stock arrives.

Watt opened L3XIX this week as a soft launch and hours of operation will be Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Dec. 24. The store is closed on Sundays, but hours could change in January.

“It went well,” Watt said about the first day of business. “There were good reviews, people were happy to see something different, and happy to see they could come and browse and not be crowded with people.”

Watt also noted since October improvement have been made to the space in anticipation of the store opening. He said the layout was changed, cleaning was done and there were some changes to the exterior, but he plans for more improvements in the summer.

Watt would also like to launch a website soon.
