Fire Restrictions in Sask Parks

Due to extreme fire hazards, fire restrictions have been added to the following provincial parks:

• Greenwater Lake Provincial Park
• Porcupine Hills Provincial Park
• Blackstrap Provincial Park
• Echo Valley Provincial Park

Fire restrictions remain in place in the following locations:

• Buffalo Pound Provincial Park
• Danielson Provincial Park
• Douglas Provincial Park
• Duck Mountain Provincial Park
• Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park
• Great Blue Heron Provincial Park
• Makwa Lake Provincial Park
• Meadow Lake Provincial Park
• Pike Lake Provincial Park
• Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park
• Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park
• The Battlefords Provincial Park
• Besant Trans Canada Recreation Site
• Lovering Lake Recreation Site
• Elbow Harbour Recreation Site
• Etters Beach Recreation Site
• Saskatchewan River Forks Recreation Site

All open fires in these parks are prohibited, however CSA approved self-contained portable gas heating devices and fire pits, barbecues, pressurized stoves and charcoal briquettes will be permitted for cooking and heating purposes.
