La Loche RCMP searching for man on outstanding warrant

UPDATE: The RCMP have reported on July 11 at 10 p.m. police arrested Terry Devin Lee Janvier. They would like to thank everyone who assisted.

The La Loche RCMP are looking for a 31-year-old man wanted on multiple assault charges.

According to a media release, the RCMP need the public’s help locating Terry Devin Lee Janvier, also known as Devin Janvier, who has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

On May 13, he was charged with one count of sexual assault, one count of assault by choking, two counts of assault and one count of theft. Police believe he is in the La Loche area but has been evading arrest.

He is described as 5’7″ tall, slim, prominent pierced ears and normally has a trimmed moustache and goatee.
