Saskatchewan Country Closeup – Adam Johnson and Andrea An

Adam Johnson grew up in Saskatoon, SK, obsessed with music. Influenced by everything from classic rock legends, like The Doors and The Rolling Stones, to Modern Country acts like Dierks Bentley and Luke Combs. In May of 2021, Adam released his debut single “Come On Let’s Go” to surprising success. He spent the summer and fall supporting his song as it saw radio play across Canada. Adam spent the end of the year working hard in the studio and is prepared to release new music throughout 2022.

Andrea An is a multi-talented pop, R&B, and country artist. Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Vietnamese-Canadian singer/songwriter began taking piano lessons at the age of six, and as a teenager, taught herself to play guitar. She has performed at notable festivals such as Trifecta Music Festival and Country Thunder. Andrea was also recently nominated for the Emerging Artist of the Year award at the 2021 Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards.
