Nigel Bell and the Community Arts Mentorship Program (CAMP) are Saskatchewan Music Award nominees.
Bell, a member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band who goes by the stage name Nige B, was nominated for Electronic Artist of the Year and Instrumental Artist of the Year. He was previously nominated for Electronic Artist of the Year in 2021.
CAMP has been nominated in the Industry Achievement category, an award the non-profit won back in January 2022. The Industry Achievement Award is meant to recognize excellence in the provision of skills and/or services by those helping to build the music industry of Saskatchewan.
The president of CAMP is Eliza Doyle, who has been active in northern Saskatchewan since 2019.
