Ice Wolves postpone Thursday and Friday games against North Stars

Because of how hard illnesses and injuries have hit the La Ronge Ice Wolves lately, they were forced to postpone all three games in their upcoming road trip this week.

The Ice Wolves posted on their social media accounts Tuesday evening that their three away games from Wednesday to Friday will all be postponed.

“Due to a combination of sickness and injuries, our games in Humboldt (Wednesday, November 23rd) and North Battleford (Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th) have been postponed.”

The SJHL announced on Wednesday that all three games have makeup dates announced. The Ice Wolves will head to the Elgar Petersen Arena on Dec. 14 to make up Wednesday’s game against the Humboldt Broncos. The Ice Wolves will make up their games against the Battlefords North Stars on Jan. 4 and Jan. 24 at the Access Communications Centre.
