Turnor Lake RCMP reported that James John “Jean” Montgrand has been located safe.

Turnor Lake RCMP are asking the public for help in locating a missing 71-year-old man.

James John Montgrand, who also goes by “Jean”, was last seen on Sept. 30 in Turnor Lake after he suggested he was planning to go hunting in the area.

He is described as 5’4” and 120 lbs with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

Police said that James requires medicine, which he does not have with him.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of James John “Jean” Montgrand is being asked to contact RCMP at 310- RCMP (7267) or Crime Stoppers.
