Saskatchewan funds $1.3M for facilities supporting disabled individuals
The provincial government is funding $1.3 million in improvements to group homes and day programs for people with intellectual disabilities.
According to a Government of Saskatchewan media release, the capital grant funding will go to 15 community-based organizations.
The money will fund repairs and renovations to group homes, respite homes and day programs for people with disabilities.
Program facilities could see improved accessibility, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and exterior upgrades.
