It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Linda Diane Morgan at the age of 72 on July 16, 2019 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK after a lengthy illness.

Linda was born on May 28, 1947 in Calgary, AB to Clifford and Grace Schmidt.  Linda met and married William Gardner and raised four children, Diane, David, Donna and Derrick.  Throughout her life she made Saskatchewan and Alberta home.

Linda had many hobbies and interests in her life. She had been active in the Navy League Corp and was an active member of the Army & Navy Dart League.  Linda could crochet almost anything, crocheting afghans for all her children and grandchildren, and making a real effort to crochet afghans for her great grandchildren.  Linda enjoyed games, favorite being Scrabble and Kaiser, but any chance to have the opportunity to visit and keep her mind busy she did. 

Linda is survived by her children: Diane (Ken) Clark, David (Tammy) Morgan, Donna (Jim) Edwards and Derrick (Tammy) Morgan; her 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren that she loved dearly and was very proud of; and her sister Louise (Andy) Herrywynen; and numerous nieces,  nephews and other relatives. 

Linda was predeceased by her parents Clifford and Grace Schmidt and her husband William Gardner.

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 54 11 Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0Z9.
