Alicide Louis Bear “Chalas” was born on Sunday, February 14, 1954, in La Ronge, SK and passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 65 years.  Alcide is survived by his loving  children, Cindy Bear, Terry Bird, Dallas Bear; his grandson, Davis McDonald; his siblings, Harriette Bear, Marie Bear, Leonard (Leanne) Bear, Marlene (Rene) Cook, Joan Thomas,  Bertha (Art) Elderkin, Angela Bear, Darlene (Kevin) Morin, Michel Bear and Mary Bear; his uncle, Philip (Agnes) Ninine; his aunties, Rosalee Bear, Madeline Ninine; all his cousins, nieces & nephews.  Alcide was predeceased by his parents, Adam & Victoria Bear; his brother, Simeon Bear and two infant babies; his uncles and aunties, William, Lena Ninine, David, Rosanne Ninine; his grandparents, John & Helen Ninine, Josette & Angus Bear; his partner, Sarah Bird.  A Wake Service for Alcide will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Parkland Hall, in Prince Albert, SK and continued on Sunday, June 16, 2019, at Reindeer Lake School, in Southend, SK. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, June 17, 2019, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, in Southend, SK, Father Lawrence DeMong, O.S.B. and Father Petro Ligtas officiating.
