It is with deep sadness the family of Steve Balicki announce his passing on January 14, 2019. Steve is survived by his son: Harvey (Maxine); grandson: Kevin (Linda) Balicki; daughter: Sharon (Darcy Patchin); grandson: Brent Huculak (Teresa Brownrigg); granddaughters: Jo-Anne Huculak (Stefan Gruszka), Shelley Huculak (Kory Lato) and Jaimie Krantz (Nathan); great grandchildren: Brady and Alexis Balicki; Maya and Lauren Gruszka; Hudson Cholowski and Brooks Krantz.  Sisters-in-laws: Helen Balicki, Helen (George) Kososwan and Pauline (Maurice) Parent; brothers-in-law: Paul Lubyk and Morris (Eileen) Dickie; special friend: Therese Prince, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Steve was predeceased by his wife: Anne (Dickie) Balicki 2003; grandson: Bryce Balicki in 2007; siblings and spouses: Maryan (Mary) Balicki, William (Mary) Balicki, Helen Gorzynski, Tena (John) Balan, Louis (Cathy) Balicki, Leon (Anne) Balicki, Pauline (Emil) Davidoff, Frank Balicki, Julius (Olga) Balicki, Mary Lubyk; his brothers-in-law: Stephen Dickie and Alex Dickie. 

A Celebration of Steve’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Prince Albert Royal Canadian Legion Branch 2 Auditorium, #133- 8th Street East Prince Albert, SK. Donations in Steve’s memory can be made to Mont St. Joseph Home- 777- 28th St East, Prince Albert, SK – S6V 8C2.
