Christopher Joe Peter McKenzie was born on Thursday, February 10, 1977, in Grandmother’s Bay, SK, and passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 41 years. Christopher is survived by his loving family, his companion, Melanie C.L. Charles, mother of Samantha and Jared; his children, Melanie (River) McKenzie, Racheal McKenzie, Jared McKenzie, Samantha McKenzie, Eli Charles, Dominic McKenzie; his granddaughter, Jadyn McKenzie; his step-children, Stephanie McKenzie, Blu Sky Ballantyne (Tyler McKenzie) and Michael Charles; his father, Wilson Christopher Charles (Betsy); his mother, Jean McKenzie (Mark Sr.); his brothers and sisters, Joy (Chris) Jobb, Robin McKenzie, Debbie (Joey) McLeod, Rachel (Jeff) Ballantybne, Mark Jr McKenzie, Gordon (Allie) McKenzie, Jenine (Donavan) McKenzie, Cora S. Christopher’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, December 14, 2018, at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, in Stanley Mission, SK, Rev. Richard Custer officiating.
