Marie “Theresa” Morin was born on Monday, December 1, 1941, in Pelican Narrows, SK, and passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, in Pelican Narrows, SK, at the age of 77 years. Marie is survived by her loving family, her children, Roderick (Cindy) Morin, Ricky (Martha) Morin, Douglas (Sonya) Morin; her daughter-in-law, Valerie Morin; her son-in-law, Robin Merasty; her special grandchildren, Ronald Morin, Darvin Morin, Alyssa (George) Merasty, Samantha (TJ) Linklater, Lyle Morin, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who loved her dearly; her special friend, Minnie Sewap; her sisters, Margaret (Adam) Sewap, Mary (Alex) Clarke; her brothers, Roderick Ratt, Larry (Marge) Ratt, Roy (Angelique) Custer, Isaac (Evelyn) Cook, Noah (Victoria) Cook; her adopted brother, Rodney Ratt; her sisters-in-law, Marjorie (Daniel) Jobb, Josephine Bird, Nancy Ratt, Mildred Ratt, Suzzett Ratt, Joan (Glen) McKenzie, Lorraine (James) Clarke, Vera (Denis) Sayese, Pauline (Dickie) Clarke; her brothers-in-law, Thomas Morin, Jacob (Hilda) Morin, Otto (Silvia) Morin, Hector (Francis) Morin; her special niece, Doris (Pierre) Sewap.  She was predeceased by her husband, Alex “Doc” Morin; her daughters, Angeline Custer, Mary-Jane Morin; her sons, Alvin Morin, Ronald Morin; her parents, Albert & Bella (nee Ballantyne) Ratt; her brothers, Philip Ratt, Ovide Ratt, Horace Ratt; her sisters, Elizbeth, Angelique; infant baby Ratt; her special nephew, Archie Ratt; her daughter-in-law, Rebecca Morin; her father and mother-in-law, Philip and Virginia Morin; her nieces and nephews, Reggie Ratt, Mary Ratt, Vivian Ratt; her auntie, Coroline Ratt; her uncles, Norman and William Ratt; her infant grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marie’s funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Saint Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church in Pelican Narrows, SK, Father Heinner Paucer officiating.
