Dwayne Alan Kolendreski

April 17, 1968 – October 2, 2018

It is with great sorrow that the family of Dwayne Kolendreski announces his passing. Dwayne will lovingly be remembered by his sons Brandon (Hannah) and Jeremy. Dwayne will be missed by the mother of his children Carla, grandchildren Liam, Erica and Jack, his brother Jason, nieces Tanis and Katlyn and his grandmother Mary. Dwayne will be in the cherished memories of numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and co-workers and friends, especially his best friend of 35 years, Sheldon.

Dwayne found great love and satisfaction in his career as a mental health nurse and took great pride and joy in his work with the community especially with the Healing Hurting Hearts Bereavement Camp.

Dwayne was predeceased by his parents Donna and Leon Kolendreski, grandparents James and Isabel Longman and grandfather Dymtro Kolendreski.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Victoria Hospital nursing staff who helped Dwayne and his family during this time.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to S.H.A.R.E. or the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Memorial Service will be held on October 11, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Gray’s Funeral Chapel 575 – 28th St. West, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Dennis Serfas officiating.
