David Lawrence Viala passed away peacefully at his home on July 28, 2018 of a heart attack at the age of 65 years. David was born on November 14, 1952 in Prince Albert to Anne & Lawrence Viala. He worked for CN Rail and the Wheat Pool. David enjoyed many outdoor sports including moto cross, fishing, camping, hunting and especially the Toronto Maple Leafs. David is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeannine; his sons, Mark (Kelsie) and Scott (Tanya); his mother, Anne; his sisters, Diane and Judy; and his brother, Paul; as well as many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. David was also looking forward to becoming a grandfather in October. He was predeceased by his father, Lawrence; and his mother- and father-in-law, Lorraine & Ed Regnier. A private celebration of David’s life will be held for David’s family and close friends.
