Jordona Bonnie Shayna McKenzie was born on Wednesday, June 22, 1983 in Flin Flon, MB and passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in La Ronge, SK at the age of 34 years. Jordona is survived by her loving family: her companion, Anthony Ross; her children, Alexandra McKenzie, Quintin Ross, Love McKenzie, Shayna McKenzie, Sanders McKenzie, Thomasina McKenzie and Callie Ross; her mother, Sylvia (Jerry) Charles; her father, Noah (Stacey) Ballantyne; her step-father, Daniel (Tammy) Halkett; her grandmother, Lydia Ross; her sisters, Angel, Linda, Heather, Ruby Jane, Jerrilee, Jamie, Lottiah, Tamara, Bianca, Thomasina, Alana, Trina, Emily, Anastasia, Hazel and Dayshal; her brothers, Dallas, Lindon, Cabrera and Edward Jr.; her adopted brothers, Shane and Adam; her step-brothers, Damien, Steven G., Keith and Grant; her mother-in-law, Amelia Scharkowski; her father-in-law, John Anthony Ross; her brother-in-law, Robert; and her sisters-in-law, Jennifer (Charlie) and Daisy (Alec); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, James & Mary Ann McKenzie, Thomas & Annie Ballantyne, James Absolom Ross, Maria Ross and Thomas Halkett; her aunt, Eliza Jean McKenzie; her uncles, John Kenneth McKenzie and Andrew McKenzie; her brother-in-law, Victor Ross; and her cousins, Nora McKenzie, Isiah Jr. McKenzie, Laurie McKenzie, Theodore Beatty, Buster Ballantyne and Darren Custer. A wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Charlie Halkett Memorial Band Hall in Hall Lake, SK. Jordona’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Archdeacon McKay Anglican Church in Hall Lake, SK, Reverend Richard Custer officiating.
