Feb 3, 2019 | 4:06 PM

TORONTO — Raptors all-star guard Kyle Lowry sat out Toronto’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday with a sore lower back.

The team announced hours before the game that Lowry would not play.

Lowry missed six straight games with back soreness at the end of December, but he had played every game since his return to the lineup on Jan. 6 against Indiana.

The 32-year-old is averaging 14.1 points per game to go along with 9.2 assists.

Lowry has played in 42 of the team’s 53 games this season. Toronto was 7-4 in games he had missed before Sunday’s contest.
