Harper Lily Anne McKenzie

It is with great sadness and profound grief that Luke McKenzie and Kristy Waite of La Ronge announce the birth and death of their sweet daughter, Harper Lily Anne McKenzie, arriving on December 24th, 2022, at 4:49pm. She was a beautiful, perfect baby who will live on in their hearts forever. They take comfort in knowing Harper is now watching over them from above.

Harper will be forever loved and remembered by big sister Scarlett, Nana Rhonda and Grandpa Glen Watchel, Papa Donald Morin, Auntie Candice, Uncle DJ and cousins.

She will be deeply missed by Grandpa Sean Franks, Great Grandpa Myles H. Charles, Great Grandma Doreen Bereza, along with extended families on both sides.

On behalf of the family, they would like to acknowledge and thank Harper’s Aunty Wendy Lemaigre for her tremendous love and guidance during their time of need.

They would also like to thank the nursing and medical staff of the Victoria Hospital of Prince Albert for the loving and compassionate care and support they received during their darkest moments.

A special thank you to Father Maurice from St. Michael’s Parish for blessing their baby girl as she made her way to her heavenly home. Your prayers and blessings over the family will never be forgotten.

At the request of the family, Harper will be cremated. The family will be making their way home with Harper on Wednesday December 28th, 2022. There will be no service at this time.

Harper’s Aunty Candice would like to remind everyone to please hold your babies close and show love to those around you. 💕
