Sharon Rose Merasty was born on December 27, 1971, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on January 7, 2024, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 52 years.

Sharon was an extremely generous, loving and caring person who was fiercely protective and proud of her family, friends, nieces and nephews.

Sharon is survived by her loving family, her brothers, Gary (Brenda), Clifford (Suzzette); her loving nieces, Elyse, Taylor, Angelique; her loving nephews, Jarrett, Clinton, Brent, Lawrence Jr.; her special friends/sisters, Marvis Linklater, Arlene Sewap, Angie Merasty, Arleen Sankey, Marnie Fidler, Debbie Johnson-Sinclair, Marla Krassilowsky, Tanis Markham-Werbicki.

She was predeceased by her mother, Theresa Aldina Marie Merasty; her father, Louis Ray; her grandparents, Jess “Bud” Ray, Charlotte Bear-Ray, Thomas & Elise Merasty; her uncles, Frank (Rosie) Ray, Art (Harriet) Ray, Ernie Ray, Phillip (Helen) Merasty; her aunties, Madeline (Joe) Cadotte, Eugenie (Solomon) Michel, Charlotte (Thomas) Clarke, Josephine (Obert) Olsen, Angelique (Rapheal) Canada, Veronique (Joseph) McCallum, Flora Jane (Magloire) Linklater, Esther (Harvey) Richards, Theresa (Louis) Merasty-Bear, Mary Ann (Cornelius) Merasty-Bear; her special friend/sister, Sandra Wheeler.

The Funeral Service for Sharon will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 8, 2024, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Suzette Merasty officiating. Sharon’s wishes were to have her ashes interred with her mother and father at a later date.
