Case involving Humboldt Broncos bus crash set over to October

The man accused in the fatal bus crash involving the Humboldt Broncos hockey team earlier this year had his case in adjourned in Melfort Provincial Court today. 

Jaskirat Sidhu is facing numerous charges in relation to the crash that killed 16 members of the hockey team and injured several others. Sidhu did not appear in person in court Tuesday, and his lawyer spoke over the phone from Calgary. The case has been adjourned until October 2 in Melfort.

Sidhu is facing 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death along with 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm in relation to the April 6 crash.
