Douglas (Ernie) Ernest Pidwerbeski

January 8, 1934 – March 17, 2018

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ernie Pidwerbeski at his home in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Loving husband of 56 years to Helen, father to daughter Gail (Patrick) Green, sons Greg (Shannon), Jason (Terra). Grandchildren Todd, Devyn, Layken, Alannah and Lukah. Brothers Paul and Dennis and sister Hazel Tokarik. Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Dad was the owner/operator of Ernie’s Radio, TV and Satellite in Prince Albert. He traveled around the northern part of the province installing satellite systems, sometimes he even took time to fish at the many lakes he visited. He had the business for 38 years.
He and Mom spent many summers at their cabin at Emma Lake. They moved to Kelowna in 2013 to be closer to their children. Kelowna felt right at home and they spent their time exploring their new area. We are left with many happy memories throughout the years. He will be missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
At Ernie’s request there will not be a funeral.
