Ida Flora Lydia Roberts was born on Thursday, March 14, 1991, in Prince Albert, SK, and passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 28 years. Ida is survived by her loving family, her parents, Alice & Eugene Merasty; her adopted son, Fabian Roberts; her brothers & sisters, Thompson (Sophie) Roberts (Thomas), Simeon Merasty, Rhianna Merasty, Raymond Merasty, Mariam Merasty; numerous step-sisters & step-brother’s from her father’s side; her aunts & uncles, Doreen (Howard) Sanderson, George Roberts, Sally (Don) Roberts, Peter (Leona) Roberts, Phillip Charles, Bob (Rosie) Charles, Lucy (Obie) Ratt, David (Bella) Merasty, Amelia McLeod, Solomon Merasty and her aunts and uncles from her father’s side; her godchildren, Blair McLeod, Noralee McLeod, Xavier Roberts; her cousins, Philip Roberts and family, Valerie McKenzie, Jean & Robin Custer, Amy Roberts, Cameron Ballantyne, Rachel McKenzie, Liz Roberts, Nathan Sanderson, Charlene Halkett, Joseph Kaplan, Stanley Jr. McKenzie; and her friends. She was predeceased by her father, Christopher Henderson; her grandparents, John & Matilda (nee McKenzie) Roberts, Joseph & Barbara (nee Charles) Merasty, Hector & Angelique (nee Ballantyne) Henderson; her uncles, Norman Roberts, Albert McLeod; Her aunts, Jean Roberts, Rachel Roberts, Ida Rose Roberts in infancy. Ida’s Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, in Grandmother’s Bay, SK, Reverend Richard Custer officiating. Interment to follow at St. Phillip’s Anglican Church Cemetery, in Grandmother’s Bay, SK.
