James is survived by his daughters, Mya, Crystal, Faith, Reanna; his son, Michael Bear-Burant; his sisters, Celina Danis of Calgary, AB, Dorthy (Roland) Tremblay of Edmonton, AB, Erna (Gordon) Pike of Vancouver, BC, Clara (Ken) Morin of Sandy Bay, SK; his brothers, Walter (Kathy) Bear of Sandy Bay, SK, Johnnie Bear of Sandy Bay, SK. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Burant; his parents, Alexander and Marie Bear; his sister, Rosie Bear; his brothers, Leo, Cornelious, and Bob Bear, William (Emily) Bear. A viewing will be held for James at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at River Park Funeral Home, Prince Albert, SK, and the funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, Our Lady of Seven Sorrows, in Sandy Bay, SK, Father Heinner Paucar officiating.
