Margaret Leanne Burant, known as “Maggie,” passed away at the age of 41 years in Prince Albert, SK, on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Maggie was born on Tuesday, July 20, 1976 in Geraldton, ON. At the young age of one year old, Maggie came to Prince Albert, SK, along with her brother Gerry to live with her grandmother who raised them until her passing. She grew up and lived all her life in Prince Albert. Maggie loved music and spending time with her children. She also liked to color her hair bright pink and sometimes blue. When she was younger she loved going to the local playgrounds for their summer programs and loved going to the Prince Albert Exhibition. Maggie became a resident of Pineview Terrace this year, where she resided until her passing. Maggie’s greatest joy and passion was her children, she loved and missed them daily. Maggie is survived by, her mother Suzanne; her daughters, Mya, Cristal, Faith; her son, Micheal; her youngest daughter, Reanna; and her aunts, uncles, cousins, half-sister, and her children’s father. She was predeceased by, her grandmother, Rita Burant; her father, Gerald Burant; and her brother, Gerry Burant. A graveside service will be held for Maggie at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at the Prince Albert Memorial Gardens, Sermon on the Mount.
