Mary “Betsy” Bell (nee McKenzie) was born on Tuesday, February 12, 1957, in La Ronge, SK, and passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 62 years. Betsy is survived by her loving family, her husband, Tony Bell; her children, Alice McKenzie (Dennis McKenzie), Elaine McKenzie (Kevin Venne), Delmar McKenzie (Cynthia Ross), Edward McKenzie (Celine Roberts), Bonnie McKenzie (Rene Isbister); her grandchildren, Thomas, Kevin, Telsa, Kes, Kate, Kurt, Terek, Angelique, Kristina, Gilbert, Justina, Edward, Marc, Aralynn, Nathan, Dylan, Kheileb, Rene Jr; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Justin, Thomas, Paige, Taryn, Terris, Jerry, Zeke, Lydia; her godchildren, Shayla Venne, Mateo Lafaver, David Sanderson Jr., Edward Halkett; her mother, Elsie McKenzie; her brothers & sisters, Christopher McKenzie, Elizabeth McKenzie, Alice Henderson, Helen Ross (Tony), Adam McKenzie, John McKenzie, Hannah McKenzie (Malcolm), Charlie McKenzie (Phyllis Venne); her brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Richard (Jean) Bell, Roland (Elizabeth) Bell, Winston Bell, Ernest (Sarah) Bell, Crawford (Adele) Bell, Alfred (Debbie) Bell, Nora (Don) Bell, Hector (Jessie) Bell, George (Charlene) Bell, Raymond Bell, Janet Bell, Mona Bell; numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins & friends. She was predeceased by her father, Gilbert McKenzie; her stepfather, Thomas McKenzie; her brother, Steven Charles; her grandparents, John & Rosie McKenzie, Rosie McKenzie, Adam & Betsy Charles; her sisters, Rita McKenzie, Christine McKenzie, Jean Agnes McKenzie (in infancy); her mother-in-law, Amelia Bell (nee Bird); her father-in-law, Jack Adam Bell; her brother-in-law, John Barry Bell; her sister-in-law, Rose Mary Bell; and numerous other relatives. Betsy’s Funeral Service will be held on 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at All Saints Anglican Church, in La Ronge, SK, Tom Sanderson, Sam Roberts, and James Eninew officiating.
