May Michel was born on Saturday, May 13, 1978, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in Pelican Narrows, SK, at the age of 40 years. May is survived by her loving family, her children, Maryk (Varany), Markayla, Markeisha; her grandson, Maverick; her mother, Stella McKay; her father, Martin (Jean) Custer; her sisters, Martina (Justin) Burns, Daphne (Ron) Highway, Terilyn McKay, Lori (Rodney) McCallum, Shaina Bear-Custer; her brothers, Dwayne (Marilyn) Michel, William (Kristen) McKay, James (Tara) McKay, Ian (Carla) Custer, Cyril Custer; her step-brothers, Riley, Chris, Ryan; her step-sisters, Carleen, Marsha; her adopted brothers & sisters, Martin (Margaret), George (Darlene), John (Shirley), Mark (Elizabeth), Marie Rose, Audrey, Doreen (David); her uncle, Donald (Jessica) Custer; her numerous nieces, nephews whom she loved  dearly.  She was predeceased by her adopted grandparents, Solomon & Eugenie Michel; her grandparents, Jeanette Marie Custer & Carson; her step-dad, Bill McKay; her sister; Olivia; her brothers, Michael, Gary (Bluebird); her uncles, Ovide, Joe M, Sam, Fred, Joe B; her aunties, Jean Sewap, Christina Michel, Caroline Sewap; numerous nieces and nephews, Jean, Joe, Judy, Caribou, Johathan, Cameron, Roland, baby Mark, Madeline Ballantyne, Melvin, Kevin, Brian, Martin, Justin Michel, Mikayla, Kalina; her brother-in-law, Dale Custer. May’s funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Saint Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church at Pelican Narrows, SK. Father Heinner Paucer officiating.
