Philip Simeon Charles was born on Saturday, May 27, 1950, in La Ronge, SK, and passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 68 years. Philip is survived by his loving family, his brothers, Wilson (Betsy) Charles, Walter Charles, Abel (Bertha) Charles, James Charles; his sisters, Sarah Charles, Marjorie Charles (James), Susan Charles (Isaac), Nancy Cook (Bruce); his uncles, Julius Charles, Wilson Charles, Thomas Charles; his aunts, Annie Charles (Thomas), Aurora Charles, Martha McKenzie (Isaac); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by, his mother, Maggie Charles (nee Roberts); his father, Isiah Charles; his sister, Laura Charles; his brother, Paul Charles; his uncles, Edwin, Elijah, Jerome, Jude, Abel; his aunts, Sarah, Alice; his grandparents, Simeon & Angelique Charles, Rose & Philip Charles. A funeral service will be held for Philip at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Grandmother’s Bay, SK, Reverend Richard Custer officiating.
