It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of a loving husband, father, papa, brother and friend, Raymond Grezaud. Ray was born in Prince Albert on September 11, 1948 to Arthur and Ida Grezaud, and lived his entire life here. Ray lived a simple life but provided well for his family. He worked many jobs but his passion was construction. Ray could build a house from the ground up.  Ray was doing the work he loved when an accident ended his working career in 2001.  He was a perfectionist when it came to construction and renovations. Ray even taught his girls how to drywall, do cement work and build. The girls could pound a nail like nobody’s business.  Ray met the love of his life Barb and they were married April 12, 1971. Together they raised 3 beautiful daughters Celine, Raelene, and Kim. Ray was very involved in his daughters’ lives whether it be coaching softball, cadet activities, volleyball, bowling, and basketball. He was the first to volunteer his time driving the girls’ team anywhere for competitions and was front and center cheering them on. Ray was a lifetime member of St Marks Knights of Columbus; he also served on the board of Prince Albert Branch of Navy League of Canada. 
Ray is survived by his loving wife, Barb of 48 years; his children, Celine (Chris Dumelie), Raelene (Brian Kitt), Kim (Nick Chunys); 5 grandchildren, Joceline Grezaud (Adam Mazurkewich), Taylor, Kieran and Adam Michayluk, Daniel Kitt; one step grandson, Zaiden Chunys; and one great-grandson on the way, Jared Raymond. Ray’s siblings, Theresa (Fred Shier), Patsy Huxley, Evelyn Grezaud; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Ida; an infant brother; his sister, Janette Chartrand; a brother, Henry; his brothers-in-law, Hugh Watson and William Huxley; as well as 3 grandchildren, Shayne Michayluk, Jayden and Jordan Chunys. The funeral service will be held at 11:00a.m., on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at St Mark’s Roman Catholic Church, 581 9th Street East, in Prince Albert, SK, Father Doan officiating. Interment to follow at the Prince Albert Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the maternity ward at the Victoria Hospital.
