Rosie Lydia Charles (nee Sanderson) was born on Saturday, April 25, 1936, in La Ronge, SK, and passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 83 years. Rosie is survived by her loving family, her husband of 54 years, Benjamin Charles; her daughter, Margaret (Wayne) McKenzie; her grandsons, Jason McKenzie (Tanya Tkach), Justin McKenzie; her granddaughter, Lyssa McKenzie (William Charles); her great grandchildren, Seth and Kaitlyn McKenzie; her sisters, Vicky Bradfield, Annie Sanderson; her nieces, Melanie (Amelick) Bradfield, Bonnie Ledoux, Maria Charles, Bonnie Simpson, Susan Simpson; her nephews, Soloman (Shawn) Sanderson, Jonas Sanderson, Alfred (Jennifer) Sanderson, Dwayne Sanderson, Arnold (Shannon) Sanderson, and numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her son in infancy, Wayne; her parents, Alfred & Elizabeth (nee Charles) Sanderson; her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Adam & Mariah Charles; her sisters, Bella Sanderson, Caroline Sanderson; her brothers, John Henry, Thomas, William, Sandy, Jonas and Gilbert Sanderson; her brother in-laws, Roy Kingfisher and Jim Bradfield. Rosie’s Funeral Service is at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the All Saints Anglican Church, in La Ronge, SK, Tom Sanderson, James Eninew, and Sam Roberts officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, in La Ronge, SK.
