It is with great sadness that the family of Ruby Horachek announce her passing on July 24, 2019 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 84.

Ruby is survived by her loving family:   husband Tony of 69 years;  six children Marvin (Dianne) Horachek of Fort Qu’Appelle, SK,  Terry Horachek of Prince Albert, SK,  Elaine (Jack) Ritchie of Zealandia, SK, Wayne (Chris) Horachek of St. Albert, AB,  Lonny (Alice) Horachek of Prince Albert, SK, Ricky Horachek of Saskatoon, SK.;  six grandsons Michael (Donna Maire) Courchaine, Tony Horachek, Benjamin (Lesya) Horachek, Adam (Katelynn) Horachek, Brycian (Shania) Horachek, Brendan Horachek;  two granddaughters Roxane Courchaine, Richelle Horachek; five great grandchildren Ashton and Jace Courchaine, Brynlee Horachek, Phoenix Horachek, Roe Horachek; three sisters-in-law Ollie Folstad, Anne Horachek and Antonette Horachek.

Ruby was predeceased by her: parents Joseph & Emily (nee Novotny) Linger; infant daughter Joanne Horachek; her brothers and sisters-in-law Joe (Mary) Linger, Tony (Clarise) Linger, Jerry (Susie) Linger. 

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at St. David’s Anglican Church, 500 24th Street East, Prince Albert, SK. with Reverend Rick Reed as officiant.  Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
