Sandra “Sandy” Hamilton was taken from us far too soon on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was born in Prince Albert on Wednesday, October 16, 1963, and lived here all her life. She was the owner of the convenience store, Buddy’s, from 2001-2018 when she semi-retired. Her strength and determination in life were like no other. Her love for and closeness to her family was one of the things she valued most in the world. Her children and extended family will miss her more than anything. Sandy is survived by her three children, Darrellynn Gaudet (Lenny, Anistyn, Cruz), Caitlin Owen (Kade Thompson), Taylor Owen; her mother, Irene Hamilton; her siblings, Barb Brandon (Kevin and family), Niel Hamilton (Trudy and family), and Archie Hamilton (Tara and family); as well as many other cousins and extended family. Sandy was predeceased by her father, Darrell Hamilton; and many other extended family. At her request there will be no funeral service. There will be a private interment at a later date.
