It is with great sadness that the family of Shirley Dubois announces her passing on August 13, 2019 at the Victoria Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. Shirley was born in Regina, SK on June 4, 1943 to Olaf Madland and Delilah Umpherville. A Full Obituary will be posted once it has been provided.
