Katherine Truba’s children: Carol (Dale) Toni, Marilyn Gray (Menzies), Dennis (Glenda) Truba and Stephen (Linda) Truba as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren would like to take the time and thank everyone for their condolence’s provided by card, telephone and attendance. The many phone calls, gestures of kindness thoughts and prayers are too immense to mention. To Father Vasyl Kravchuk for his services and time taken to come to our home after the service and enjoy memories of our mother; to the grandchildren for the beautiful Tribute in mentioning a montage of events for us to remember our mother by, to Nadia Trafananko and the choir for their part Canting the service, to Peter Bachek for taking the time to Altar Serve and organize the church. A huge thank you to the church ladies from St. Georges Ukrainian Catholic Church for serving the lunch and being hospitable to our family and guests after the service. Neighbourhood Caterers for the beautiful hot meal, that we know our mother would have wanted in her memory. A big thank you to everyone who attended, stopped in at the farm or sent a message. And we certainly don’t want to forget Level 6 at the Victoria Hospital for the care provided to our mom and Good Shephard for their care, concern and compassion in her stay with them. There is not enough words to express our appreciation and warmth we feel in our hearts, we lost the matriarch of our family but knowing people like you cared about Katherine and us, her family, it has made us know her kindness and spirit will be forever cherished.
