Saskatchewan RCMP are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of a 23-year-old woman wanted in connection with the homicide of a 19-year-old Sandy Bay man.

Chasity Charolette Rose Clarke is wanted on a warrant for one count of manslaughter. The charge was laid Aug. 19 following the death of 19-year-old Silvino Grenier.

RCMP said Clarke is known to travel to Southend, Pelican Narrows, Sandy Bay and Prince Albert.

Clarke is described as 5-foot-5, weighing 154 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She wears prescription glasses.

RCMP said its Homicide Investigation Unit continues to investigate with assistance from the Saskatchewan RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team.

Police are asking anyone who sees Clarke not to approach her and to report the sighting to police by calling 310-RCMP (7267).

Information can also be submitted anonymously through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or saskcrimestoppers.com.

Investigators are also continuing to ask Sandy Bay residents to check home security and doorbell camera footage recorded between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Aug. 16 for any suspicious activity.

Grenier’s death followed an altercation involving the victim and multiple people at a residence in Sandy Bay during the early morning hours of Aug. 16. He was injured and later declared deceased.

RCMP previously identified a black SUV believed to be involved in the incident.
